February Alternative RR (I)

For the 1st time in these monthly RR's, i've received all the cards and all my cards have been received. I'll try my luck again another month.

Ristna Lighthouse on the Kõpu Peninsula, Hiiumaa Island, Estonia. Height from bottom 30 metres, light altitude 37 m. The lighthouse was put into operation in 1874. It was prefabricated in France and designed to use innovative technique at that time.

The card was sent by Rita "sirelid".

Alessandra, the host of this RR, sent me a card of Saratov main cathedral, built between 1855-1858.

Suomenlinna is an inhabited sea fortress built on six islands, and which now forms part of the city of Helsinki, the capital of Finland.

Suomenlinna is a UNESCO World Heritage site and popular with both tourists and locals, who enjoy it as a picturesque picnic site. - in: wikipedia

From Thailand, a card of the Wat Pho temple in Bangkok, sent by Nina "dancing_sun".

Wat Pho is one of the largest and oldest wats in Bangkok. The temple is known as the birthplace of traditional Thai massage.
