This is the interior of a mill in the Luz Museum. Luz was a village, submerged beneath the waters of the Alqueva reservoir. A new village was built to replace the old settlement and the Luz Museum was created as a space in the new village for preserving the memory of a community and interpreting the unique process of the relocation of the village.
