Lavertezzo - Switzerland

These cards are both showing the beautiful and old double arch stone bridge in Lavertezzo, a village in the Verzasca Valley, in the district of Locarno, canton of Ticino.
The 1st card was sent by Óscar and the 2nd by Grace.

The old double-arched bridge Ponte dei Salti, which mistakenly is also known as "Roman Bridge", crosses the River Verzasca and was built in the 17th century.
The bridge is one of the main atractions of the village.
