Looking at these cards one might think that they're from Russia, Ukraine or Belarus but the truth is that, even though they're officials from Russia and USA, both are actually from Germany.
The church is located in the International Wind and Watermill Museum in Gifhorn and the mill in Krippendorf.

The 27-metre-high stave church on the museum site with its eight gilded domes is a replica of the wooden Russian Orthodox church dedicated to Saint Nicholas. The Muscovite patriarch, Alexy II, formerly head of 100 million Russian Orthodox Christians, opened it in 1995. In the church there is an exhibition with liturgical artefacts (icons, oil lamps, candlesticks, vestments, embroidery, fonts and bibles) from the Moscow patriarchate. There is an additional charge for visiting the interior of this impressive, cathedral-like building, decorated with iconic paintings. The original was built in 1765 as a Transfiguration of Christ Church in the central Russian village of Kosljatjewo. - in: wikipedia

Krippendorf trestle windmill was built between 1738 and 1742 by several local villages. The original building was destroyed in a storm in 2007, but has since been rebuilt using historical plans. The reconstruction was completed in 2011, and the mill is now fully functional again. - in: https://www.visit-jena.de/en/sights-experiences/day-trips/bockwindmuehle-krippendorf/
