Earlier this month, was held in Angra do Heroismo, the first Postcrossing meeting in the Azores. The island's postcrossers, together with the local Philatelic Association, organized an excellent meeting to judge from the comments and reactions in the days that followed. There were postcards, of course, one created for the meeting, and there was also a special cancellation postmark, as you can see on the stamps of these postcards sent by Lurdes and Vitoria. Zé also sent a postcard, the same that Lurdes sent.

The postcard created for the meeting was this one with a watercolor (it is a watercolor, isn't it?) of the Church of the Misericórdia in Angra do Heroísmo.
The Misericórdia Church is located right in the historical centre of Angra do Heroísmo town, classified as World Heritage by UNESCO.
The church would have been built in the beginning of the 18th century, on the place where in 1492 the first hospital in the Azores was founded.
In a sober Baroque style, the church is characterized by its central nave surrounded by two bell towers, decorated in white and blue, outstanding from the surrounded buildings. - in: https://www.guiadacidade.pt/en/poi-igreja-da-misericordia-18603

Victoria sent a postcard of her beach ツ, that is, Praia (beach) da Vitória, with the Holy Spirit Império (empire) of Santa Cruz, better known as the Império of Charity.
