Ceará - Brazil

Brazil is a federation composed of 26 states and one federal district. Fortaleza is the capital of the Ceará state and it was missing in my brazilian state capital cities list. Thanks to Paulo "studart" i got the 3 cards, 2 from Fortaleza and 1 from Cumbuco.
Ceará is one of the 27 states of Brazil, located in the northeastern part of the country, on the Atlantic coast. Is one of the main touristic destinations in Brazil.

"Fortaleza with a population of over 2.5 million (metropolitan region over 3.4 million), Fortaleza is the 5th largest city in Brazil.
On Beira-mar Avenue, kiosks and restaurants offer regional seafood, Sushi, Brazilian dishes and many more varieties of food; there are also many bars which provide anything from beer to cocktails. Unfortunately, the highest crime rates are also linked to these same areas, since tourism attracts criminous gangs. Prostitution, including children´s, is widespread in these touristic areas. At the handcraft fair (the feirinha), many stands show embroidery and leather work, as well as jewelry and regional food or artisinal cachaça.

Fortaleza has about 25 kilometres (16 mi) of urban beaches. From North to South, the urban beaches of Fortaleza are Iracema, Meireles, Mucuripe and Praia do Futuro. Each beach has its own peculiarities. "Iracema" is the bohemian beach, with bars and nightclubs. "Meireles" is where locals and tourists go to stroll, and is also the area with the highest number of hotels in Fortaleza.

Cumbuco is a small fishing village situated about 25 kilometres (16 mi) North West from the city of Fortaleza. The population is around 1600. The village is regarded as picturesque and scenic and is attracting both domestic and international tourism. Cumbuco has a beautiful and quiet beach near Fortaleza on one side of town and the famous sand dunes on the other side. There is a small and busy village centre built around the main square adjacent to the beach which has a fresh fish market, tropical palm trees several beach restaurants (barracas).

Facing onto the Atlantic Ocean, Cumbuco also has perfect conditions for kitesurfing and windsurfing, with mild air and ocean temperatures and strong and consistent South East trade winds from June to February. Sand dunes behind the village also create a thermal effect and act to boost the wind speed.

There are more than 300 km of beaches in the State of Ceara, which are popular for practicing downwind trips and kite safaris." - in: wikipedia
