I'm dreaming of a white Christmas but I'm pretty sure it won't happen, unless I wake up, for example, in Germany, where this official card is from.

The Harz is a Mittelgebirge (a relatively low mountain range or highland area, a typical geographical feature of Central Europe) that has the highest elevations in Northern Germany and its rugged terrain extends across parts of Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, and Thuringia.
