Oak Alley Plantation is a National Historic Landmark, located between the historic cities of New Orleans and Baton Rouge. It's iconic landscape reveals the quarter mile alley of live oak trees, gardens, sprawling lawns and a Greek Revival mansion built in 1839. The exhibitis Slavery at Oak Alley, Sugarcane, Civil War, Life Inside the Big House and the People of Oak Alley reflect the lives of the inhabitants who once resided here.
